JP ORGANIZATION · CONSTITUTIONAL CANON

Not a document that expands authority,
but a standard that stops those who hold it.

The proposed JP Constitution is the highest internal standard intended to require everyone acting in the name or under the authority of JP Organization—including the founder—to stop before the person, the facts, the record, and due process.

MASTER v5.0 · JP-CONST-ANNALS-2026-0728 · 72 articles, institutional gazettes, system journals, required registers, and ratification annexes · 116 pages

JPLAWRATIFICATION DRAFT · NOT ENACTEDRAW PRUDENCE

01 / CURRENT LEGAL STATUS

INTEGRATED DRAFT FOR RATIFICATION

It is the highest internal canonical text,
but it is not yet a constitution in force.

It does not replace a national constitution, an entity's governing documents, an operating agreement, an engagement document, or applicable law. It may become an effective text only after all six records below exist and each entity to which it applies has lawfully adopted it.

01

Oratorium register

Valid Oratorium constitution register

02

Two-thirds record

Record of consent by two thirds of all members

03

Written ratification

Written ratification by Founder & President Pietro Jun

04

Decision Register

Entry of the ratification decision in the Decision Register

05

Final institutional record

Final decision record of the Silence Chamber

06

Effective copy

Confirmed effective date and controlled-copy number

02 / FIVE ROOTS

PERSON · FACT · DUTY · MEMORY · REOPENING

Every article returns
to five roots.

Speed, performance, the founder's wishes, or a system's output cannot erase these five standards.

01CONSTITUTIONAL ROOT

Person

Players, parents, employees, clients, people who have suffered harm, and collaborators are not treated merely as inputs for revenue, contracts, or performance. Dignity, consent, safety, recovery, and vulnerability are considered first.

02CONSTITUTIONAL ROOT

Fact

Directly verified facts are separated from other people's statements, circumstances, human inference, model inference, emotion, legal assessment, and what remains unverified.

03CONSTITUTIONAL ROOT

Responsibility

The authority holder, operator, reviewer, approver, and records custodian are separated. An operator cannot give final approval to their own work.

04CONSTITUTIONAL ROOT

Memory

Where a legal preservation duty or Legal Hold applies, originals and correction histories are preserved. Other records are subject to purpose-specific retention periods, access controls, and lawful deletion or anonymisation.

05CONSTITUTIONAL ROOT

Reopening

Internal review reopens when new evidence, new harm, a change of jurisdiction, a false premise, or a conflict of interest is identified. This process does not automatically alter a final judgment, limitation period, valid settlement, or court-ordered closure.

03 / CONSTITUTIONAL FUNCTIONS

SEPARATE REVIEW · RECORDED AUTHORITY

Before naming an institution,
record the question and authority.

The functions below form the public structure of the ratification draft. They are not described as operating bodies or committees until their membership, authority, effective date, and responsible person are registered.

01

Silence Chamber

Proposed final internal review line under the ratification draft

A proposed internal review line that, after ratification, would approve, narrow, hold, return, or reject a review proposal and set a new review date.

It does not replace any entity's statutory bodies, accounting, general intake, legal engagement, the independence of the responsible lawyer, judicial decisions, or day-to-day management.

02

Oratorium

Deliberation · Coordination

It translates institutional direction and facts from the field, and records failure, uncertainty, dissent, and hidden burdens.

It is not described as a constituted body until a valid membership register and genuinely different people and perspectives are in place.

03

Founder & President

Direction · Ratification

It holds final direction and ratification but cannot override originals, evidence, applicable law, valid contracts, or rules that preserve dissent.

Founder status alone creates neither unregistered authority nor power to bind another entity.

04

Lincoln / Lincoln AI

Consistent standards · Internal control

It checks whether the same standards are applied to the same risks and whether exceptions are justified, with consent, proportionality, remedy, and human approval.

It is not a government regulator, lawyer, or autonomous decision-maker, and it cannot authorise legal acts or external execution.

05

Henry

Human-impact review

It records human dignity, care, vulnerability, the possibility of recovery, coercion, and secondary harm as separate review factors.

It does not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or professional counselling.

04 / THREE LEGAL FUNCTIONS

The three functions do not replace one another, and none of their names creates legal authority without qualification, jurisdiction, and a mandate.

I

JP Org Juris

Meaning · Classification · Jurisdiction · Rights structure

It maps potentially applicable law, authority, consent, evidence, and forms of remedy. It does not replace a legal opinion from a qualified lawyer.

II

JPLaw

Internal constitutional and compliance boundaries

It designs internal standards for permission, prohibition, and stopping during formation. It does not currently provide legal determinations, legal services, or matter engagement.

III

JP Sports Group Legal

Sports · Entity execution

This is a separate internal function supporting the preparation and operation of contracts, notices, evidence lists, response documents, and standard procedures within a scope where authorised personnel and any necessary external advice have been confirmed.

05 / REQUIRED REGISTERS

NO REGISTER · NO INTERNAL AUTHORISATION

Not a declaration,
but a system of living registers.

“No Register, No Internal Authorization.” This means that authority and decisions without a register are not recognised as internally authorised by JP; applicable law determines external legal effect and the rights of third parties.

01

Authority Register

Records who may sign, approve, pay, or publish what

02

Decision Register

Records the decision-maker, reasons, dissent, approval scope, and next review date

03

Evidence Ledger

Records the original's location, custodian, source, creation time, and preservation state

04

Promise Ledger

Records who made a promise, its content and conditions, the counterparty, and expiry date

05

Contract Registry

Records the parties, entity, version, signatures, amount, term, and governing law

06

Legal Hold & Chain of Custody

Records deletion prohibitions and the history of evidence movement and access

07

Claim Spine

Separates facts, reports, inferences, opinions, legal assessments, and unverified matters sentence by sentence

08

Unknown Passport

Records what is not yet known, the material required, the person responsible, and the next review date

09

Human Impact Memo

Records how a decision may affect life, bodily integrity, conscience, safety, and recovery

10

Clean Hands Ledger

Records facts adverse to JP and ordinary alternative explanations

11

Errata & Reopening Register

Records the original error, reason for correction, affected scope, and decision to reopen

06 / AUTHORITY & IMMUTABLE CORE

RECORDED INTERNAL AUTHORITY · NO DELETION OF DIGNITY

Confirm JP internal authority through records,
and never abolish the core principles.

  • A conversation does not constitute approval.
  • Receiving material does not constitute consent or engagement.
  • Attending a meeting does not create representative authority.
  • Knowing the JP name does not grant permission to use its marks or materials, or internal access to its network of relationships.
  • A personal relationship with the founder does not confer power to bind the organisation or any related entity.
  • Written authority in the Authority Register may itself be insufficient; the actual entity, jurisdiction, qualifications, valid contract, and rules protecting third parties must also be confirmed.

Human dignity · Freedom from coercion and freely given consent · Evidence first and preservation of originals · Written authority and named human responsibility · Preservation of adverse facts and dissent · Preservation of correction history where lawful and no retroactive falsification · Correction, remedy, and formal reopening upon new evidence

07 / APPLICABLE LAW PRIORITY

INTERNAL FLOOR · NEVER A SUBSTITUTE FOR LAW

Where a conflict may exist, external action stops while the exact entity, jurisdiction, qualified person, and documents are confirmed. Findings and reasons for change are entered in the Decision Register. The Master Canon does not automatically bind every related entity; each entity must adopt in writing its scope of application, jurisdiction, responsible person, effective date, conflict rules, and controlled-copy number.

01

Mandatory law

ORDER OF CONTROL

Mandatory law of the relevant jurisdiction, court and regulatory orders, and applicable professional rules

A lower-level instruction is not applied where it conflicts with a higher-order rule.

02

Entity instruments

ORDER OF CONTROL

Each entity's governing documents, operating agreements, member resolutions, and valid contracts or engagement documents

A lower-level instruction is not applied where it conflicts with a higher-order rule.

03

Ratified JP Constitution

ORDER OF CONTROL

The JP Constitution, adopted through lawful procedure and registered as applicable to the entity

A lower-level instruction is not applied where it conflicts with a higher-order rule.

04

Policies & instructions

ORDER OF CONTROL

Policies, standard procedures, individual instructions, and internal system outputs beneath the Constitution

A lower-level instruction is not applied where it conflicts with a higher-order rule.

08 / PUBLIC REFERENCE FRAME

OFFICIAL SOURCES · JURISDICTION STILL REQUIRED

Use international principles as references,
and confirm actual duties for each jurisdiction.

The materials below are reference standards used to review the structure of the public draft. They are not presented as laws that apply uniformly to every JP entity and activity.

09 / PRESENT STATUS

Structure exists to protect.
It claims no authority before ratification.

Master v5.0 is an integrated enactment draft for ratification. It is not described as an ENACTED CONSTITUTION or RATIFIED CANON until all six ratification records and lawful adoption by each entity have been confirmed.
