Lincoln AI is an internal control system being designed and validated to keep JPORG's internal work within the Raw Prudence standard. It is intended to stop external action unless consent, facts, authority, least intrusion, proportionality, challenge, remedy, and human approval have been confirmed.

Lincoln AI is not a government regulator, lawyer, law firm, provider of legal advice, or autonomous decision-maker. It makes no legal determination or matter engagement, and external action is not executed without the approval of a named and authorised person.

Mention of, or a relationship with, a related organisation, collaborator, or external professional does not itself create a JPLaw engagement, a right to access matter information, decision-making authority, or the other organisation's approval, endorsement, or affiliation.

The role and responsibility of an external professional are defined only by the exact entity, conflict check, written engagement terms, qualification in the jurisdiction, and express authority.

JPLaw does not claim ownership of all JPORG material or all assets of related brands. The author, owner, licence, contract, personal-data rights, and jurisdiction are verified separately for each asset.

Controlled records, knowledge, language capability, and operating systems may support fact verification and routing under Raw Prudence, but shared support alone does not transfer authority, engagement, ownership, or access to matter materials.

Methods, brands, domains, documents, and verified commercial rights may be assets. People, players, identities, facts, and legal rights are not treated as assets.

Res Publica handles verified chronologies, authorised public responses, and necessary corrections. It verifies facts, authority, and the responsible person before public speech.

Chromite is a proposed protection route that, as risk rises, stops necessary actions, preserves people and evidence, and then records the responsible person, options, and next review time.

After launch, only if a separately documented funding source, an independent provider, and local qualification, insurance, confidentiality, and safety conditions are verified, a route to one initial psychological-counselling session at no cost to the person may be considered. A café near the person's home would only be a first contact and departure point chosen by that person, not a counselling venue; actual counselling would occur only in a suitable private place or through an agreed visit.

This route is not a service currently offered. JPLaw and Chromite do not directly provide psychological counselling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical care, emergency services, or crisis response.

Trinity is an internal review method within Lincoln AI that separates evidence, adverse review, and named human approval. It is not an independent entity, law firm, AI product, qualified professional, or decision-maker.

Trinity review alone creates no engagement, confidentiality, privilege, access to matter materials, or authority for external action.

A Digital Twin is a purpose-limited representation of data and inference. It is not the person, identity, truth, evidence, or legal representative, and does not mean ownership of a person's rights.

JPLaw does not create person-specific Digital Twins or receive matter materials on this public site. Before any implementation, purpose, legal basis, access, sharing, correction, retention, deletion, and human oversight must be verified for each jurisdiction.

The manifesto language and illustration on this site show JPLaw's historical internal discipline and founding direction. Past internal names, signatures, or declarations are not evidence of a currently operating law firm, foundation, programme, engagement, or legal-services capability.
