Hispalo is a partner company in the wider JP network. It remains a separate organisation from JPLAW; participation, scope, authority, fees and data access are agreed in writing for each project.

These are common standards drawn from JPLaw's protection principles and J&P Sports Management's experience supporting players and families. Safety, family, housing, language, movement, and records are considered together, while legal, medical, psychological, safeguarding, and sporting judgments remain with people who hold the required qualifications and authority.
We do not infer a relationship or authority until identity, role, affiliation, jurisdiction, purpose of contact, and actual mandate have been verified.
We do not receive sensitive information or matter materials without a recorded purpose, source, minimum-data limit, authorised access, retention period, and correction and deletion path.
Within a written scope, we map travel, arrival, housing, language, education, family communication, local support, and emergency planning together.
We separate verified facts from what remains unknown, then examine the person’s free choice, independent advice, less restrictive alternatives, and the risk of further harm.
Nothing is released externally until one record identifies the correct entity, qualified professional, scope of authority, final version, and next action.
We identify unresolved safety, money, authority, data, and deadline issues, and preserve evidence of correction, handoff, access revocation, retention, and deletion.

Lincoln AI is an internal control system under design and validation to discipline JPLaw's judgments and actions. It checks evidence, authority, conflicts of interest, human impact, and whether an action can be reversed. It is neither a government regulator nor a lawyer, and it does not decide legal questions, engagements, signatures, filings, settlements, or external actions.
Service OS records responsibility, approval, deadlines, the next review, and closure. Digital Twin is a limited map that reveals gaps among people, documents, authority, and matter relationships. Neither name creates legal authority or ownership over a person.

Attorney Kim Youngmyung’s law firm and any global sports or cross-border legal counterpart without a completed written public-use agreement remain unnamed and are described only as under discussion.
For staff safety, detailed office addresses are not published. Meetings are by appointment only and require identity verification, applicable safety checks and individual approval. Meeting locations are shared after confirmation.
A criminal-record certificate is required only where requesting and processing it for meeting screening is legally permitted. The lawful basis and submission procedure will be explained separately before submission.
