PEOPLE PROTECTION · PUBLIC STANDARD

People are not assets,
and records do not replace people.

Before legal judgment, Raw Prudence checks a person's safety, freedom of choice, and voice. J&P Sports Management's field experience connects travel, housing, language, family, education, and local support in one route while keeping each professional authority separate.

This page does not advertise legal, travel, immigration, medical, psychological, or guardianship services currently being provided. It states public operating standards for protecting people.

JPLAWPERSON FIRSTRAW PRUDENCE

01 / FIRST RULE

Protect the person.
Preserve the choice.
Name the authority.
Record the remedy.

People, players, families, identities, facts, and legal rights are not treated as group assets. A system may hold only purpose-limited records and authorised work.

02 / PROTECTION ROUTE

FROM FIRST CONTACT TO REMEDY

Six lines of protection
come before the work.

Verification at one stage does not automatically create authority at the next. The greater the need for speed, the clearer the boundaries around identity, consent, qualifications, money, and records must be.

01

Identity & authority

Identity · Role · Authority

First verify who is acting for whom, on what basis, and within what scope. Authority is not inferred from an introduction, business card, conversation, past collaboration, or network alone.

02

Consent & free choice

Consent · Refusal · Independent choice

The person must be informed and able to choose, refuse, withdraw, and challenge. Participation in a programme, practical support, and the choice of legal representative are kept separate.

03

Whole-person map

Prepare the whole person

We look beyond match results. Language, family, education, welfare, travel, housing, insurance, local connections, and resilience in daily life are considered together where needed.

04

Qualified route

Route precisely to qualified people

Legal, immigration, medical, psychological, safeguarding, player-representation, and contract judgments are routed to people whose qualifications and mandates have been verified in the relevant country.

05

Money & purpose

Money · Purpose · Recipient

The purpose, amount, recipient, approver, and accounting route are recorded for support costs and payments. Unclear fees, consideration, and outcome conditions are not concealed.

06

Record & remedy

Record · Correction · Remedy

Facts, sources, promises, changes, reasons for decisions, and next actions are recorded. There must be a route to correct error, reduce harm, hand over, and revoke access where needed.

03 / PLAYER & FAMILY TRANSITION

J&P SPORTS MANAGEMENT · PRACTICAL COORDINATION

We look beyond the sporting opportunity
to life after arrival.

Limited practical coordination based on J&P Sports Management's experience supporting players and families. We do not directly provide travel, accommodation, immigration, or guardianship services; necessary work is routed to the responsible person.

01 · Travel & arrivalTravel · Arrival

Coordinate airports, local transport, schedules, and alternative travel routes within the written scope

02 · Housing & daily logisticsHousing · Daily life

Organise facts and conditions for choosing accommodation, daily routes, and necessary local contacts

03 · Language & country contextLanguage · National context

Check source texts, interpretation needs, cultural and administrative context, and differences in understanding

04 · Family & education mapFamily · Education

Review family communication, guardian authority, continuity of school and education, and living plans together

05 · Training & meeting accessTraining · Meeting access

Coordinate the purpose, participants, travel, timing, and responsible person for training grounds and meetings

06 · Welfare escalationWelfare · Safety connections

Record signals concerning safety, health, and conflict, then connect them to an appropriate qualified person, institution, or responsible person

07 · Handover & exitHandoff · Closure

Check and hand over remaining schedules, documents, costs, housing, travel, access rights, and emergency duties

Support does not guarantee selection, a visa, registration, a contract, residence, medical care, or any other result. Regulatory judgments remain with qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

04 / CHROMITE · PROPOSED SUPPORT

NO-COST FIRST SESSION · QUALIFIED INDEPENDENT CARE

Bring a support route closer
to people who find it difficult to travel.

A proposed Chromite victim-protection standard for consideration once launch conditions have been met. It is designed to send a first contact and companion to a familiar place near the person's home, while counselling is handled by an independent qualified professional in a place suitable for confidentiality.

01 · First contact pointA first contact near the person's home

After launch, if the person wishes, a support companion would go to a familiar nearby place such as a café near their home to help with first contact and safe travel. A public café would not be used for psychological counselling that requires confidentiality.

02 · Independent professionalIndependent qualified professional

Psychological counselling would be handled by an independent psychological professional whose local qualification, insurance, confidentiality duty, and scope of practice have been verified. JPLaw and Chromite would not directly counsel or diagnose.

03 · No-cost first sessionOne initial session at no cost to the person

Where a separately documented funding source, provider availability, and written scope have been confirmed in advance, the proposed standard would be not to charge the person for one initial session. No Chromite protection budget is claimed to exist.

04 · Home or private nearby settingVisit or nearby private space

A home visit or nearby independent space would be connected only when the person's freely given consent, the professional's judgment, local law, safety, insurance, and confidentiality conditions are satisfied.

05 · Choice & withdrawalChoice · Refusal · Withdrawal

The person would be able to choose the place, professional, accompanying person, and means of contact; refusing or withdrawing participation would not disadvantage other support.

06 · Crisis boundaryEmergency boundary

Chromite is not an emergency medical service, crisis hotline, or rescue agency. Anyone in immediate danger must use the current emergency services and qualified professionals in their area.

This route is not a service currently offered. It can begin only after the responsible entity, budget, local qualifications and insurance, personal and medical data processing, safeguarding, emergency connections, and written-consent procedures have all been confirmed.

05 / LOCAL NETWORK CONTROL

VERIFY BEFORE PUBLICATION

For a new collaborator, confirm scope and responsibility
before the name.

A local football contact, possession of material, an introduction, or past collaboration does not mean a present role, partnership, agent authority, or authority to represent a club.

A person's name and role are published only after their exact legal name, responsible entity, title, effective date, scope and limits of work, jurisdiction and qualifications, conflicts, publication consent, image rights, approver, and reverification date have been confirmed.

No individual name is posted on the site before verification, and even the functional description “verified local network” is used only to the extent actually verified.

06 / MINORS

NO CONTACT WITHOUT SAFEGUARDING OWNERSHIP

For a minor, put the protection system
before speed.

  • Verify age, identity, and guardian authority
  • Informed participation by the guardian and recorded consent
  • A safeguarding lead and local reporting and emergency routes
  • Conditions for school, housing, travel, accommodation, and one-to-one contact
  • Separate permission for photographs, video, profiles, and location data
  • Review by qualified people under applicable law and sports rules

07 / STOP CONDITIONS

A SAFE STOP IS AN ACTION

If a risk remains unresolved,
it does not move to the next stage.

  • Identity, role, or authority has not been verified
  • The person or guardian has not given free consent
  • No one is responsible for safety, money, housing, travel, or data
  • An unqualified person is attempting regulated work
  • A guarantee of selection, a visa, registration, a contract, or another outcome is demanded
  • The route to correction, objection, stopping, or handoff is blocked

08 / PRESENT BOUNDARY

Support through one route.
Each professional responsibility in its own name.

JPLaw does not yet provide legal services. Anyone who needs actual help should not wait and must use a currently qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction and the appropriate emergency services.
