01 / THE SENTINEL
Why the Hand Bleeds
The hand closes around the blade because truth cannot be held at a safe distance.
The person who brings a lawsuit is wounded. So is the person who must answer it. To cause another person pain is also to fracture one’s own soul.
And the person who reaches for the truth cannot expect to remain untouched. To grasp the very blade that wounds others is to bleed as well.
The blood is the cost of holding on—to truth, to balance, and to the dignity of every person caught in the conflict.
02 / THE PROJECT
Project
Innocence
Set the record straight.
Preserve human dignity.
Connect scattered facts, correct what has been misrepresented, and place the record in the hands of those responsible for the next judgment.
A victory with dignity begins with how we read the record.
What Innocence means
Innocence does not mean that the project declares someone innocent. It means not holding a person responsible for acts they did not commit, and addressing verified conduct within its precise scope. An unverified claim or a guess must not stand in for the whole person.
We do not hide adverse facts. We also do not expand an adverse fact into proof of other acts without a basis.
Preserve safety and choice
Preserving the person means keeping their safety and choices in view throughout the matter. They should understand what is known, what they can choose, and who receives their account. Those rights continue when the person supporting them changes.
Funding support does not give the project control over the person’s choices or rights to their compensation. This is not a promise of living expenses, treatment, employment or housing support.
03 / THE MANIFESTO
Raw
Prudence
JPLAW
PROJECT INNOCENCE
Original English
I did not come to abolish the commandment,
but to fulfill it.
No suit is won without blood.
You still uphold the commandment, broken as it may be.
Judge with raw prudence.
Submit yourself to voluntary blindness toward the human condition, and grasp the very blade used to inflict harm.
Hold it firmly enough to remain balanced against the reality of malevolence.
Bleed just enough to know its pain.
The endurance required to keep the scales even determines the weight of what you bring to justice.
Only those brave enough to stand before humanity as it truly is may claimRaw Prudence
04 / ON THE RECORD
Three commitments to the record.
- Make the source of every record clear.
- Read the inconvenient facts, too.
- Respect each person’s judgment and choices.
Explore the shared protection route across JP brands
Case records and counsel handover materials are reserved for authorized readers.
Twelve questions. A record that can be corrected.
The twelve questions cover the person, time, place, action, method, purpose, circumstances, relationships, evidence, outcome, harm and request. We separate what was seen directly, what was heard from others, what documents establish, and what is interpretation or inference. What is not remembered stays marked as unknown.
A correction does not erase the first record. We preserve it and add the reason for the correction and the new material. We do not count the same evidence or harm more than once.
Missing documents do not mean that nothing happened.
When original material is missing, we record who may hold it and a lawful route to obtain it. Valuing records must not become a reason to exclude someone who cannot readily obtain them.
What the record can leave for the next person
These are four examples of output design. Which items will be prepared, and their scope, are explained after selection; they are not an automatic package.
- A chronology of the matter
- What happened when, and what remains unverified.
- A claim, evidence and contrary-material comparison
- What supports each account and what challenges it.
- An index of originals, translations and corrections
- Where the sources can be found and how the record changed.
- A handover for the next responsible person
- The current position, open questions, and deadlines and material still to check.
Our way of helping is also open to review.
Blind Side² asks whether support itself creates pressure, exposure or gaps in responsibility. We examine our own miscommunications, excessive promises, words that may read as threats and adverse conduct by the same standard. Good intentions do not enlarge consent or authority.
Concerns about JP or a related brand are also within this review principle. A person involved in the concern must not alone control access, review or closure. Tell us about a conflict before sharing sensitive details.

- Review and selection
- Scope explained
- Separate legal engagement, if needed
Applying is not selection. Selection is not confirmation of the support scope, and project support is not a legal retainer. The support scope is explained after selection. Any professional legal representation requires a separate agreement with the responsible lawyer or law firm. This project application route does not open general JPLaw representation intake or change professional qualifications.
In the first email, include only
- A safe way to reply to you.
- The relevant country and institution; the brand, if relevant.
- Any approaching deadline or immediate safety concern you know about.
- A brief description and the help you are requesting.
Do not attach sensitive originals, full case files, identity documents or other confidential material to the first email. If material is needed, the reviewer and the transfer method should be confirmed first. Sending an account is not consent to publish it.
Telling us about a deadline does not transfer responsibility for managing it. For immediate danger or an urgent legal deadline, use appropriate local emergency or qualified professional help rather than waiting for an email reply. This mailbox is not an emergency service.
