A shared protection and review framework for everyone connected to JP. Find the route that fits your situation, including a path outside the operational line.
01 / FIND YOUR ROUTE
Schedules, ordinary refunds, routine questions and simple errors start with the brand’s existing service team.
Find your brand ↗Retaliation, discrimination, non-payment, misleading promises, rights violations, harassment or concealed records can be raised directly through Project Innocence.
Apply for support ↗For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For detention, eviction, deportation, imminent legal deadlines or disappearing evidence, seek relevant qualified local help promptly. Do not wait for an email reply.
When writing to a legal channel, put any known deadline and jurisdiction first. These mailboxes are not emergency response services.
You do not have to complete each route in order. A service problem involving safety, retaliation or a conflict can go directly to protection review.
02 / YOUR BRAND, YOUR SITUATION
Unpaid wages or fees, concealed contract terms, career threats, discrimination, withheld identity documents, injury care and image rights.
Apply for project support ↗Child safety, abuse or harassment, misleading placement promises, unexplained costs, unsafe accommodation and retaliation after raising concerns. Safety comes before performance.
Apply for project support ↗Travel and accommodation, undelivered camps or trials, passport retention, local partner conduct, translation errors and pressure restricting movement.
Apply for project support ↗Work used without agreement, missing credit or payment, misuse of name or image, coercion, editing that changes meaning and publication without consent.
Apply for project support ↗A story is not permission to publish. Where a protection concern emerges, pause publication, editing and interviews; preserve the original and review safety. Any later publication requires separate consent and verification.
Apply for project support ↗Unfulfilled pay or equity promises, unpaid contributions, appropriated ideas, opaque selection or removal, and loss of access after raising a concern.
Apply for project support ↗Settlement and referral payments, misleading investment or sponsorship claims, unauthorized brand use, undisclosed use of funds and cross-border responsibilities. Concerns are reviewed without assuming criminal wrongdoing.
Apply for project support ↗Dignity and safety in support or recovery, exposure of personal information, family involvement, excessive control, supply-chain labor and unpaid work.
Apply for project support ↗Improper instructions, harassment, unfair transfer of responsibility, evidence deletion, concealed conflicts and retaliation. A person implicated in a concern must not control its review or closure.

innocence@rawprudence.orgDraft a support applicationYour email app opens with only the address you choose. Review the draft and send it yourself. Start with the brand, a brief category, any urgent deadline and a way to reach you. Confirm the reviewer and how to transfer original or sensitive material before sending it.
Do not attach sensitive originals, full case files, identity documents or other confidential material to the first email. If material is needed, the reviewer and the transfer method should be confirmed first. Sending an account is not consent to publish it.
Applying is not selection. Selection is not confirmation of the support scope, and project support is not a legal retainer. The support scope is explained after selection. Any professional legal representation requires a separate agreement with the responsible lawyer or law firm. This project application route does not open general JPLaw representation intake or change professional qualifications.
04 / THE REVIEW FRAMEWORK
The nature of the concern determines the route. These levels describe responsibility, not hurdles you must clear.
Use the brand’s existing service route for schedules, ordinary refunds and simple errors.
Repeated conflict or inadequate explanations may require review with a brand protection liaison.
Route retaliation, discrimination, rights concerns, non-payment or suspected deception through Project Innocence.
Prioritize safety, children, loss of records and time limits. Seek emergency or qualified local help first when needed.
JPLaw / Res Publica considers jurisdiction, expertise and conflicts before a connection to independent counsel.
A person implicated in a concern must not decide access, control the review or close their own case. Flag a conflict before sharing details. If the project itself is involved, identify that conflict; a person involved must not solely control review. Independent counsel may be appropriate.
The brand liaison’s role is to hear the concern, identify urgency, help preserve originals and request central review—not decide the merits or promise an outcome. A central case steward and case reference are to be confirmed through the review channel, with conflicts checked first.
The protocol brings together evidence and context (Sentinel), issues and authority (Juris), relevant technical expertise, financial records (NUMERUS), jurisdiction (Atlas), language and meaning (Hikari), preservation (Chromite), and human safety and recovery (The Care / Bright Tiger). Which people take these roles is confirmed for the particular concern.
