Lincoln AI is not a government regulator or lawyer, and it does not decide legal questions, matter engagement, signature, filing, settlement, or external action.

The operating design is structured so that, when a risk signal arrives, a person's safety and freedom of choice are checked, necessary originals are preserved, and a responsible person is named to connect it immediately to someone with authority.
Lincoln AI is designed to examine facts and unknowns, conflicts of interest, jurisdiction, authority, human impact, and reversibility before action. Procedures that return work to the responsible person or block external action when a required item is missing are being validated.
Speed does not come from omitting review. We move quickly by deciding in advance what must be checked first and who is responsible for the next action.

- It is not a government regulator, lawyer, law firm, legal-advice service, or decision-maker for matters.
- It does not autonomously carry out engagement, final advice, filing, settlement, signature, transmission, or external action.
- Final action is approved by a person whose exact entity, role, qualifications, jurisdiction, and mandate have been verified.
- It does not pass a decision that removes a party's routes to challenge, correction, review, and remedy.
04 / PRESENT STATUS
Lincoln AI prepares the verification process,
and an authorised person approves.
Existing separately agreed JP legal work and institutional correspondence continue through the stated route. This site does not yet open new public matters, consultation booking, payment or legal-deadline management. A new matter begins only after the responsible lawyer or firm confirms jurisdiction, conflicts, scope, fees and written engagement. Until then, no representation, filing, payment handling or legal-deadline responsibility begins.
